Abstract
Kopi Massa MSME still faces challenges in managing its finances, including unstructured transaction recording, difficulties in monitoring cash flow, and the absence of a systematic approach to calculating the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS). These conditions result in inaccurate financial reports that are unable to optimally support business decision-making. This final project, undertaken by the authors, aims to produce a spreadsheet-based financial recording and COGS calculation system integrated with the AppSheet application, in order to support more effective, efficient, and accurate financial management for Kopi Massa MSME. The methods employed include literature review, interviews, observation, documentation, and data analysis to identify needs and design a system tailored to the MSME's requirements. The outcomes of this project encompass a financial recording system comprising menus for sales, purchases, cash inflows, cash outflows, production, inventory, and automatic COGS calculation. The system also generates more structured financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM standards, improves the accuracy of transaction recording, and facilitates easier monitoring of cash flow and inventory, thereby supporting more informed business decision-making. Accordingly, the system serves as a practical and affordable solution for MSMEs to enhance the quality of financial management and ensure business sustainability
