Abstract
The era of digitalization is driving transformation across various sectors, including Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In Serang Regency, Banten, the majority of MSMEs affiliated with FORMIKIMBA still rely on manual financial recordkeeping using simple notebooks. This method is prone to human error, data loss, and incomplete financial reporting, thereby hindering strategic business decision-making. This project aims to develop a web-based financial bookkeeping application system called SISPEM UMKM, specifically designed to meet the financial recording and reporting needs of MSMEs in a simple and user-friendly manner. The system design employs a UML modeling approach, encompassing Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), as well as Information Architecture as a user interface guideline. The system's key features include daily income and expense transaction recording, Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) calculation, daily cash book monitoring, and automated periodic Income Statement generation. This system is expected to enhance the digital financial literacy of MSME operators in Serang Regency and support more sustainable business growth.
