Abstract
Khrufai Foreign Language Course still uses manual methods to manage grades, attendance, and learning materials through various platforms such as Google Forms, Microsoft Excel, and WhatsApp. This condition causes administrative processes to be fragmented and difficult to monitor. This study aims to develop a web-based Learning Management System (LMS) using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to integrate all learning activities into a single system. The LMS is designed to assist instructors in managing learning materials and student grades while enabling students to access learning information in an organized manner. The RAD method is implemented through the stages of requirements planning, user design, construction, and implementation, allowing the system to be developed efficiently and in accordance with user needs. The developed system includes features for class management, material distribution, attendance tracking, assignments, quizzes, and grade processing within a centralized platform. The implementation results indicate that the system successfully automates and integrates learning processes that were previously conducted manually. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) yielded acceptance rates of 88.57% among teachers, 83.71% among students, and 80% among administrators, with an overall average acceptance rate of 85.1%. These results demonstrate that the system is well accepted by users and effectively fulfills the functional requirements of the learning process at Khrufai. Therefore, the developed LMS can support learning and administrative activities in a more effective, structured, and accessible manner.
