Abstract
Since 2020, UMKM DPR (Under the Shady Tree) is a culinary business that manages three business lines: Pancong DPR, Kebab DPR, and Es Kelapa DPR. In its management, this MSME faces many challenges, such as financial recording which is still done manually, there is no separation between personal finances and sales, and difficulties in recording product stock. The purpose of this research is to create a website for financial management and business monitoring that allows automatic transaction recording, provides structured financial reports, and provides a dashboard that makes it easier for owners to monitor income and expenses in DPR MSMEs. The system was designed using UML modeling and built using the Express.JS framework and a MySQL database. It employs the Waterfall method, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Problem analysis was conducted using the PIECES method to evaluate elements of performance, information, economics, control, efficiency, and service. One of the research outcomes is a website that allows for income and expense recording, inventory management, and financial reports in graphical and tabular form. Furthermore, the website has separate access for the owner and employees. It is hoped that this system will improve operational efficiency, record-keeping accuracy, and support data-driven decision-making for business sustainability. The performance evaluation showed average values of: FCP 0.61 seconds, LCP 1.29 seconds, Speed Index 8.69 seconds, TBT 2 ms, and CLS 0.0006. These values indicate optimal system performance with a stable display and fast loading times. The test results indicate that the developed website has run well and is in accordance with the established requirements.
