Abstract
This study discusses the design and development process of a web-based educational and informational content management application for the Fund Small Capital community. The application is built to provide an organized, interactive, and easily accessible learning platform for users who wish to learn both fundamental concepts and the latest developments related to cryptocurrency. The system offers various features, including learning module management, lessons, quizzes, discussions, as well as informational content in the form of articles, research, and news. On the educator side, the system is equipped with content management and user learning activities monitoring functions. Meanwhile, the admin side includes account management, content monitoring, and user monitoring features. The testing method used in this study is Blackbox Testing, which focuses on assessing system functionality based on the conformity between input and output. The test results show that all features operate properly and meet the functional requirements as designed. Therefore, this application is capable of effectively supporting the provision of cryptocurrency information and education through a web-based platform.
