Abstract
Investment realization is an important component in supporting the regional economy, especially in efforts to increase production activities and expand economic capacity through the influx of Domestic Investment and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). this study aims to analyze and determine the effect of macroeconomic indicators on investment realization in three provinces on the island of Sumatera, namely West Sumatera, Jambi, and Bangka Belitung Islands. The study was conducted using secondary data based on official publications from 2009-2023. The data obtained were analyzed using panel regression technique with Common Effect Model (CEM) compared with classical analysis Model and hypothesis hypothesis in Eviews-13. In this study it was found that inflation and unemployment rates have no effect on investment realization. The Provincial Minimum Wage has a significant negative effect on Investment Realization. Meanwhile, the Human Development Index (HDI) has a significant positive effect on Investment Realization.
