Abstract

The purpose of this quantitative research is to determine the effect of Intellectual Capital and Capital Structure on Firm Value by considering the role of Firm Size as a moderating variable. Annual reports and financial statements from banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2022 to 2024 are the sources of research data. The determination of the research sample used a purposive sampling method with the final sample of 141 out of 47 banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the three-year research period. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, which uses STATA 17 software for hypothesis testing, regression model selection testing, and classical assumption testing. The results of the study indicate that (1) Intellectual Capital has a negative effect on Firm Value; (2) Capital Structure has a negative effect on Firm Value; (3) Firm Size is able to weaken the relationship between Intellectual Capital and Firm Value; (4) Firm Size is able to weaken the relationship between Capital Structure and Firm Value.
