Abstract

The banking sector plays a strategic role in maintaining the stability of the financial system and supporting economic growth. A sound and well-managed bank must be able to maintain public trust. This Final Project aims to analyze the health level of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk from 2021 to 2024 using the RGEC method, which includes the aspects of Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital. The type of data used is descriptive quantitative with secondary data obtained from annual reports. The results show that overall, PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk from 2021 to 2024 reflects good financing quality, operational efficiency, stable profitability, and a strong capital structure. These findings affirm that BSI is able to maintain its financial performance optimally and sustainably.
