Abstract
Background: Diplegic cerebral palsy is a form of spastic cerebral palsy characterized by dominant spasticity in both lower extremities, impaired coordination, balance that causes the child's functional abilities to decrease. The prevalence of cerebral palsy is spastic cerebral palsy (65%), athetoid type CP (20%), and ataxic type cerebral palsy (5%). In spastic diplegic cerebral palsy in men and women, namely (23%) for men and (17%) for women. Purpose: To find out the management of physiotherapy in patients with cerebral palsy diplegia at Ramah Cerebral Palsy Bogor. Method: This scientific paper uses a case study method which contains patient data including patient identity, anamnesis, physiotherapy examination, intervention and evaluation. Results: After carrying out physiotherapy intervention for three meetings, the results were obtained in the form of an increase in the patient's ability to stand with minimal assistance. But there was no change in GMFM, GMFCS and spasticity. Conclusion Physiotherapy interventions given to patients in the form of NDT resulted in changes in children being able to stand longer and walk further, even though they had to be facilitated.
