Abstract
The digital era has driven the transformation of healthcare services through telemedicine technology, but its continued adoption remains a challenge. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, and trust on the intention to continue using telemedicine applications, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach through the distribution of questionnaires to telemedicine application users. The analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, and trust have a positive and significant influence on the intention to continue using the application, both directly and through customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, perceived ease of use does not directly influence sustained intention but has an indirect influence through customer satisfaction, which is nearly significant. Customer satisfaction is proven to be an important mediating variable in strengthening the relationship between user perceptions and sustained intention. These findings contribute theoretically to the development of a sustained intention model in the field of digital health services and provide practical implications for application developers and service providers to enhance user experience quality to maintain loyalty and sustained use of telemedicine applications amid post-pandemic dynamics and healthcare sector inflation.
