Abstract

This study aims to analyze the selection of suppliers of coffee at Kedai “Lintas Kopi” in Depok objectively and systematically using a descriptive quantitative approach. The analytical techniques used are Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine supplier priority weights based on price, quality, delivery, and service criteria, and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to measure the relative efficiency of suppliers. The population in this study are the owner and employees of the Kedai “Lintas kopi” who are involved in the procurement of raw materials. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The calculation results of the AHP method show that supplier C has the highest weight (0.275), followed by supplier A (0.261), B (0.242), and D (0.221). The weights from AHP are then used as output in the DEA calculation. The basic DEA results show that all suppliers are efficient, but through the DEA super-efficiency method, supplier B ranks highest with a score of 2.906, followed by suppliers A (2.083), C (1.249), and D (1.132). Although supplier C excels in the AHP method, the final results show that supplier B is the best recommended choice for Kedai “Lintas Kopi” because it has the highest efficiency from the DEA calculation results which are also calculated using the weights from the AHP results.
