Abstract
PT Forisa Nusapersada is a company engaged in the production and distribution of beverages, which requires Office Stationery (ATK) for its operational activities. Currently, the management of ATK is still done manually using paper forms and Microsoft Excel, leading to various issues such as recording errors, data loss, and difficulty in tracking past transactions. This study aims to design and develop a web-based ATK inventory information system to simplify the processes of requesting, recording, and distributing ATK. The system is developed using the waterfall method, with PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. The system allows employees to submit requests, check item availability, and monitor the status of their requests online. It is expected that this system can improve the efficiency of ATK management, minimize errors, and provide centralized, easily accessible data.
