Abstract
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) hold a significant position in driving Indonesia's economic growth; however, many still lack accurate and digitized financial recording systems. Vobia, an MSME in the fashion industry, currently uses Microsoft Excel for financial documentation, which often leads to recording errors and inaccurate financial reports. This research aims to design a web-based accounting information system tailored to Vobia’s needs to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and structure of financial reporting. The software development follows the Agile Scrum methodology, with sprints allocated for developing key features such as account management, inventory, transactions, and financial reports.System usability testing is conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) to assess user satisfaction. The outcome of this research is a web-based accounting information system capable of automatically and accurately generating financial reports in accordance with SAK EMKM standards, thus supporting Vobia in making better business decisions.
