Abstract

As a health facility, hospitals must be able to offer health services that can improve patient satisfaction and loyalty. Patient satisfaction and loyalty have a positive influence on the progress of the hospital, because in addition to being able to influence patients to make repeat visits for treatment in the future. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between satisfaction and loyalty of outpatients at the Bhayangkara Hospital TK.I Pusdokkes Polri. This research study uses a quantitative approach, with a minimum sample used of 80 samples, chi-square test analysis used to find the relationship between four patient satisfaction variables consisting of comfort, convenience, assurance, and cost, with patient loyalty. The results of this study indicate a correlation between comfort with pValue (0.000), convenience (0.000), assurance (0.000) with patient loyalty, and there is no correlation between cost (0.008) with patient loyalty. The conclusion of this study is that there is a correlation between three levels of satisfaction (comfort, convenience, and assurance) with patient loyalty. On the other hand, there is no correlation between costs and patient loyalty. It is recommended that hospitals improve the quality of comfort, safety, and guarantees for outpatient services, as well as make hospital rates more efficient so that patient satisfaction and loyalty can be maintained for a long time.
