Abstract
Rural development is a crucial aspect in improving people's welfare, including in Indonesia, with many governments and non-governmental organizations prioritizing the concept of self-reliant villages to create sustainable and self-reliant village ecosystems. Information and communication technology (ICT) is key in facilitating inclusive and sustainable village development. Currently, correspondence administration services in Rawapanjang Village, Bogor Regency suffer from efficiency and accessibility issues, with manual processes that are time-consuming and cause long queues for residents. This research aims to develop an efficient and accessible Anjungan Desa Mandiri system, especially for correspondence services in the village. Through the prototype method, this research focuses on the stages of collecting system requirements, prototype development, evaluation by users, system code development, testing, re-evaluation, and system implementation. It is expected that the results of this research will not only improve the efficiency of public services at the village level by reducing queuing time, but also make a significant contribution in the development of applications that influence the adoption and utilization of technology in rural areas in a sustainable manner.
