Abstract
This research designed and built a Llama-based chatbot for the Integrated Services Unit (ULT) of UPN "Veteran" Jakarta, serving as an alternative to the existing rule-based chatbot on ULT's WhatsApp. Developed using the Extreme Programming (XP) method and technologies such as React.js, Node.js, SQLite, and Groq API (Llama) integration, the system was evaluated through integration, white box, gray box, black box, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The test results showed that all components functioned according to specifications. Black box testing recorded an average success rate of 98.88% for user roles and 100% for admin roles. Meanwhile, UAT achieved satisfaction levels of 90.14% from users and 94.64% from administrators, indicating the system's success in meeting expectations and improving the effectiveness of ULT's information services.
