Abstract

LEBAHMART is a minimarket that has experienced rapid growth since its establishment in 2022. With the increasing number of customers and rising demand to open new branches, a system is needed to support management in determining strategic locations that are both objective and measurable. The purpose of this research is the design of a Decision Support System (SPK) designed to help determine the location of new minimarket branches through a combination of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. Determination of the priority weight of each criterion is carried out using the AHP method through a pairwise comparison process. Meanwhile, to rank the alternatifs based on their proximity to the ideal solution using TOPSIS. The results show that the developed system provides location recommendations based on the predefined criteria. System testing was conducted by comparing system-generated results with manual calculations, showing consistent outcomes. With this system, it is expected that the decision-making process for selecting new LEBAHMART branch locations can be carried out more effectively, efficiently, and based on measurable data.
