Abstract

Burnout is one of the psychological symptoms frequently experienced by both white-collar and blue-collar workers, such as Pramusapa. Female workers have been reported to experience burnout more frequently than male workers. This study aims to identify the factors associated with burnout among female Pramusapa at PT Transjakarta in 2025. This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional study design. The population in this study were female Pramusapa at the Transjakarta’s BRT haltes. The sample in this study was 154 respondents using quota sampling technique. Primary data were collected through questionnaires. The Data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate with chi-square test, and multivariate with multiple logistic regression test. The results showed that stress, length of working, work-family conflict, and work-life balance are factors associated with burnout among female Pramusapa at PT Transjakarta. The most dominant factor contributing to burnout was work-life balance, with a POR value of 0.070 (95% CI: 0.008–0.640), which is categorized as a protective risk factor (POR < 1). The higher the work-life balance, the lower the risk of burnout. Workers can maximize their time to rest or do entertaining activities and the company can organize regular outing activities with employees to help maintain work-life balance.
