Abstract

Kindergarten (TK) plays a crucial role in shaping children's character and foundational development, making the selection of the right kindergarten an important decision for parents. TKIT Uswatun Hasanah is an integrated Islamic educational institution that has been operating since 2000 and is committed to providing quality education services. However, the registration and academic administration systems at TKIT Uswatun Hasanah still face challenges due to the use of manual methods and semi-computerized processes through Google Forms, which are limited in verification features and data management. This study aims to design and develop a web-based registration information system to improve the efficiency of student admission processes and academic data monitoring. The system is expected to reduce the burden of manual administration, make it easier for parents to access educational information, and enhance data management effectiveness for the school. The research focuses on developing features such as online registration forms, student and teacher profiles, academic calendars, and registration status, without including a payment system. This system is expected to serve as an innovative solution that supports digital transformation in early childhood education.
