Abstract

The advancement of information technology plays a crucial role in improving a company's operational efficiency, including in inventory and goods delivery management. PT Hendy Pharmindo Satwa is a manufacturer and distributor of veterinary medicine. To this day, PT Hendy Pharmindo Satwa still relies on manual recording to manage its inventory, resulting in delayed data entry, data duplication, and inefficiencies in stock checking. This study aims to design an inventory and invoicing system, as well as generate reports according to the company's needs. The study adopts the Waterfall method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. Requirements analysis is conducted using the PIECES approach. The system is designed using UML, implemented with PHP and MySQL, and tested using the blackbox testing method. Based on the test results, the system successfully performed all its functions without issues, including displaying real-time stock information, providing alerts for minimum stock levels and product expiration, and automatically generating reports for incoming goods, outgoing goods, and financial data. The system also supports the creation of delivery notes and invoices directly from the outgoing goods data. With this system, the inventory management process is expected to become faster, more accurate, and transparent, thereby improving the company's efficiency and performance.
