Abstract

As education goes ever-more digital, universities now rely on solid information systems to grease the wheels of daily work, including the heavy lifting that comes with getting study programs accredited. This study puts forward a plan to build a single, tidy web portal that guides and records every step of the Faculty of Computer Science at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta LAM-INFOKOM Criterion 7,8,9 work. Behind the scenes the site runs on the Laravel framework, knitted together with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a MySQL back end. It sorts documents by each accreditation point, crunches numbers on the fly, finely tuned who sees what, and lets users export files at a click. A prototyping approach drove design, and black-box tests checked whether the outward behaviour matched expectations. Results confirm the portal works as planned and answers the real needs voiced by staff. In short, the new system speeds up, locks down, and otherwise sharpens the management of accreditation papers, giving the study programme a clearer path toward higher quality.
