Abstract
Advances in smartphone technology have made communication easier, including the use of online dating apps such as Badoo. However, this convenience also creates vulnerabilities to cybercrime, one of which is the Non-Consensual Intimate Images/NCII, which is part of Kekerasan Berbasis Gender Online (KBGO). This study aims to conduct a digital forensic analysis of the Badoo app to obtain digital evidence related to NCII crimes by applying the IDFIF V2 (Integrated Digital Forensic Investigation Framework Version 2) method, which involves systematic and comprehensive investigative steps. The results of the study show that digital artifacts in the form of text messages, images, audio, and video calls were successfully found in JSON data format. For image and audio messages, metadata such as image resolution, audio duration, and file links leading to the Badoo server were found. Additionally, conversations containing threatening elements and indications of extortion against the victim were identified, which can be categorized as NCII. However, conversations that had been deleted or originated from blocked accounts could not be retrieved using the MOBILedit Forensic and SPF Pro analysis tools. All these findings are compiled and presented in the form of a Forensic Analysis Report, which includes a summary of the scenario, the devices used by the perpetrator, and details of the digital evidence found.
