Abstract

Student achievement data collection at SMKN 1 Kota Bekasi is still carried out using Google Form and Google Spreadsheet, which are prone to input errors, data duplication, and inefficient in preparing reports. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system for managing academic and non-academic achievement data in a structured, accurate, and efficient manner. The development method used is Waterfall, starting from needs analysis using the PIECES approach, designing with ERD and UML, and developing the system using the Laravel framework. Laravel was chosen because of its flexibility, security, and scalability. System testing was carried out using the black box testing method. The results of the study showed that the system was successfully developed with structured form features, user data management, and statistical dashboards. This system is able to minimize input errors, speed up data search and filtering, and produce reports in PDF format. The test results show that each main function has results that are in accordance with needs, can increase efficiency and accuracy in managing achievement data, and support decision making and school evaluation processes. Thus, this system is an effective solution in improving the quality of achievement data collection and reporting at SMKN 1 Kota Bekasi.
