Abstract

This project focuses on developing a mobile application front end using Flutter for inventory management and monitoring at the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta. Based on the results of interviews and observations, the current inventory management system is still done manually using Google Drive and recording in books, which often causes errors such as incomplete records and input errors. The methodology used is Extreme Programming (XP) with special development for the Android operating system. The developed mobile application “Inventory FIK UPNVJ” is able to record and update inventory data, facilitate the loan and return process, send reminders, facilitate communication between staff and borrowers, and automatically generate monthly reports. Testing was conducted using unit testing and black box testing to ensure that the application functions properly and meets user needs. The final results show that this application can improve the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management in the faculty environment.
