This study was conducted to analyze the application of nursing care with Pulmonary Tuberculosis, which includes assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and nursing evaluation. Methods: The method used was a case study approach in the context of nursing care. Data collection was carried out through various techniques, namely interviews, observation, physical examination and secondary data collection. Results: Nursing problems regarding airway clearance have been resolved, as evidenced by the absence of shortness of breath, the ability to cough effectively, and auscultation results showing the absence of additional breath sounds. Nursing problems related to knowledge deficits have been resolved, as evidenced by the patient's ability to explain the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis and there are no misperceptions. Nursing problems related to activity intolerance have also been resolved, as evidenced by the absence of complaints of shortness of breath both during and after activity. In addition, the problem of nutritional deficits has been resolved, which is indicated by an increase in the portion of food and an improvement in the patient's appetite. Nursing interventions are carried out in accordance with the priority problems and outcomes of each diagnosis for 4x24 hours. Conclusion: Nursing care for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis lung tuberculosis patients who undergo repeated treatment with the intervention of physiotherapy interventions and effective coughing managed to overcome problems related to airway clearance airway is appropriate and can be resolved.
