Abstract
Posyandu Bunga Sepatu is a health service center for mothers and children in Kaliabang Tengah that conducts routine activities such as head circumference measurement, weight weighing, vitamin provision, and immunization. Data management currently still uses large books, which makes it difficult to search for child development information every month. The current data management still uses large books, which makes it very difficult to search for child development information every month. Data management is still done manually, causing delays in making accurate and prompt decisions due to the time-consuming and error-prone process of recording and searching data. To solve this problem, the data management system at Posyandu Bunga Sepatu needs to be changed. Designing a web-based information system to replace the manual method of collecting and managing child development data. This system will allow for faster, more accurate, and easily accessible data management, thereby increasing operational efficiency and the quality of community health services. To improve service quality and data management to be more integrated and efficient, the author designed a web-based information system at Posyandu Bunga Sepatu in Kaliabang Tengah, North Bekasi. By using the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency, Services) research method to analyze problems and design aneffective and efficient information system. The designed web-based information system for Posyandu Bunga Sepatu is expected to facilitate the recording, storage, and access of digital data so that Posyandu cadres can manage data more efficiently and accurately. The implementation of this system will help monitor community health development and improve decision-making accuracy.
