Abstract
In the era of digital transformation, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta strives to provide optimal facilities and infrastructure to support academic activities. UPNVJ's Faculty of Computer Science, however, faced challenges in managing classroom and laboratory reservation and asset damage reporting. The existing system, based on physical forms and spreadsheets, resulted in slow, error-prone processes and limited access to information. Users had difficulty in borrowing rooms, tracking reservation and repair status, and obtaining real-time information. Survey results showed a low level of user satisfaction with an average of 65.96% .To overcome these problems, a web-based information system was developed that unites classroom and laboratory reservation services and asset damage reporting. This research aims to analyze the existing system, develop a new, more streamlined system, and evaluate the increase in user satisfaction. System development uses the Waterfall method, including the stages of requirements identification, planning, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. REST API Tesing, Black box testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) were conducted to ensure functionality and user acceptance. The UAT results showed a very high level of user satisfaction with an average of 96.67% on all aspects assessed. The developed system successfully created an integrated platform for the management of FIK UPNVJ facilities. This resulted in a faster, transparent, and accurate lending and reporting process, and significantly increased user satisfaction. Thus, this system contributes to the improvement of operational efficiency at the Faculty of Computer Science UPN Veteran Jakarta.
