Abstract
The existence of travel agencies for worship tours has now begun to mushroom everywhere, from cities to even rural areas. This phenomenon is an advantage for prospective pilgrims who want to go to the holy land to perform Umrah so they have many references to choose which travel is the best to take on the task of providing worship travel services in Indonesia. However, due to this phenomenon, there are also many travelers who are not “Glimpsed” by prospective pilgrims because their presence is not known due to not implementing a good and correct marketing strategy. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of marketing development used by the travel agency PT Galuh Mutiara Wisata in order to increase the number of travelers and also travel revenues using qualitative methods and SWOT analysis approaches. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of digital marketing used by PT Galuh Mutiara Wisata is not good enough so that there is a need for evaluation and improvement aimed at increasing travel revenue and profits.
