Abstract
Bali Province is the 3rd ranked province for Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) nationally in 2023. The low Open Unemployment Rate of Bali Province indicates that the province has policies and factors capable of absorbing labor well. It is assumed that the high level of education, local revenue, domestic investment, and foreign investment have contributed to the low TPT in Bali Province. This study aims to determine and analyze which determinants affect the low TPT in Bali Province. The method applied in this research is panel data analysis. The sample in this study is 9 regencies / cities in Bali Province with a range of years 2014-2023. The results of this study indicate that the high level of education has a significant positive effect on TPT, local revenue has a significant negative effect on TPT, domestic investment has an insignificant positive effect on TPT, and foreign investment has a significant positive effect on TPT in Bali Province.
