Abstract
Foreign loans, Human Development Index (HDI), and inflation are factors that potentially influence Indonesia's economic growth. This study examines the impact of these variables on economic growth using secondary data from 1993 to 2023. The research employs multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method, supported by t-tests, F-tests, determination coefficient (R²), and classical assumption tests to validate the model. The findings indicate that productive utilization of foreign loans positively affects economic growth. The HDI significantly contributes to growth, highlighting the importance of human resource quality. Conversely, inflation does not directly impact economic growth but remains a crucial indicator for ensuring macroeconomic stability.
