Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze, and prove the effect of product quality, brand image, and price on customer loyalty for Kopi Janji Jiwa in the South Jakarta area. The population that is the focus of this research is consumers who have experience and interest in buying Kopi Janji Jiwa products, with a sample size of 100 respondents aged 17 years and over and active in South Jakarta, using purposive sampling method. This research applies a quantitative approach and utilizes SmartPLS 4.0 software for data processing. The results showed that: (1) Product Quality has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, (2) Brand Image has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, and (3) Price has a significant effect on JIwa Promise Coffee Customer Loyalty.
