Abstract
This research is quantitative with the aim of knowing, analyzing and proving the influence of live streaming, service quality and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions. The population used is TikTok shop or live streaming users for online shopping with a minimum age of 17 years who are active in South Jakarta. Apart from that, the sample determined in this study was 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online via social media in the form of a Google form. The method used in this research is SEM with the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of this research are 1) live streaming has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, 2) service quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, 3) online customer reviews do not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.
