Abstract

This study aims to examine, analyze, and prove the influence of Brand Image, Service Quality, and Trust on Consumer Loyalty for Indihome by Telkomsel. The sample for this study consists of 150 Indihome users who have been using the service for at least 6 months and reside in South Jakarta. This is a quantitative study with primary data. The sampling technique used is non- probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling. Data was collected through Google Forms, and data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential techniques. Data processing was conducted using the SmartPLS 4.0 software. Based on the processed data, the results show that (1) Brand Image has an influence on Consumer Loyalty, (2) Service Quality has an influence on Consumer Loyalty, and (3) Trust has an influence on Consumer Loyalty. The R-Square value for the variables of Brand Image, Service Quality, and Trust on Consumer Loyalty is 49.9%, with the remaining 50.1% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
