Abstract

This study is performed to examine the effect of Profitability, Liquidity, Leverage and Size of Company toward the probability to timeliness of financial reporting in manufacturing companies especially in consumer industry in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2010-2012. Sample that as many as 81 sample. Sample determination technique using purposive sampling method. Hypotesis testing using logistic analysis with enter method. The result showed that all variables that influance not sigificantly to the timeliness.
