Abstract

PT Angkasa Pura II is committed to communicating the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program to stakeholders for build trust. The need for a proper CSR communication strategy becomes the motivation of the company along with doubts on stakeholders. This research focuses on the communications strategy of PT Angkasa Pura II with the method of SWOT situation analysis (strength, weakness, opportunity, threat) to analyze Hafied Cangara's communication strategy concept including research, plan, execute, evaluation, and report. Research methods are qualitatively descriptive with primary data sources, in-depth interviews, and secondary data, references to journals, articles, and corporate documents. The results of the research revealed that PT Angkasa Pura II implemented a growth-oriented strategy by deploying internal forces to seize external opportunities and identify stakeholders. From there, communication strategies start with social mapping research, then design goals, targets, budgets, and programmes. Implementation of the program with the presence of action and communication through media channels. On the evaluation measured absorption of the budget, SROI, and the program itself. Program reporting is embedded in sustainable, annual, and financial reports. The communications strategy of PT Angkasa Pura II in building confidence of stakeholders through CSR programmes is already very well and in accordance with the procedures in force.
