Abstract
EVALUATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SMK3) IN THE CAST CONCRETE SUPPLIER INDUSTRY USING THE HIRARC METHOD Hastari WilyanTyas Abstract HIRARC is one way to identify potential hazards that exist in each type of work. Work fatigue can be interpreted as a state of decreased efficiency and endurance of a worker when doing work. Apart from that, work fatigue can also be defined as a condition where you are no longer able to do it. Fatigue is indicated by different conditions. Hiarc method The steps start with identifying hazards, then assessing the risks and implementing controls. Cast concrete supply industry is located on JL. Rawa Sumur Barat Kav. 16 Pulo Gadung Industrial Area, East Jakarta. The products produced are in the form of Bulk Concrete Producers for the construction of Toll Roads, Highways, Multi-storey Buildings. At work, there are still many Pt Tordins Redikon employees who violate not using PPE and when they are tired from work, they are very prone to work accidents, therefore it is very dangerous if they don't use PPE, there will be many risks that will occur and be detrimental to the employee or the company. For this reason, researchers are interested in researching HIRARC which owned by Cast concrete supply industry. This research is qualitative research. The techniques used in collecting data were field observations, documents and in-depth interviews. Data analysis begins with distributing questionnaires and data processing. Based on the research results, it is known that there are 32 employees at the production site. In terms of safety, Cast concrete supply industry still has several shortcomings, especially safety in PPE equipment and analysis. HIRARC has made suggestions from this research for companies to improve safety in every job at SP to reduce sortate actions and unsafe conditions. For PPE equipment, it should be adjusted to the type of work being carried out because there are still inconsistencies in wearing PPE or still not wearing it. .
