Abstract
In the Indonesian constitution, children have a significant role which explains that the state recognizes children's rights to live, grow and develop and to protection from violence and discrimination. This research aims to analyze the fulfillment of the rights of children employed as commercial sex workers who are victims of human trafficking crimes and to analyze the forms of legal protection efforts for victims of human trafficking crimes. Using a research method with a normative juridical research type that uses a statutory problem approach (statute approach) and a case problem approach (case approach). In this research, it was found that fulfilling the rights of children who are victims of human trafficking has a strong legal basis. So that the fulfillment of children's rights has been regulated and guaranteed in statutory regulations. The state is obliged to be present to provide legal protection for children who are victims of human trafficking which results in children being sexually exploited. Fulfillment of rights is in the form of supervision and direct efforts to maintain the physical, psychological and mental health of children who are victims. Then, there are forms of legal protection efforts for victims of human trafficking, such as legal protection by the community in providing a harmonious and comfortable environment so as to prevent children from having bad stigma which can cause disruption to children's mental health.
