Abstract

Istora PPKGBK needs construction services to repair damaged gutters, field of play (FOP), and supporting buildings. Istora needs a proposal for the best criteria as a company assessment of vendors, so the selected vendor is inconformity with the needs of the company. This research uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the priority level of criteria and vendors. The Zero-One Goal Programming (ZOGP) method is used to determine vendor selection decisions. Based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), it is found that the criteria with the highest priority are quality with a value of 35%, technical capabilities with a value of 31%, price with a value of 16%, performance history of 10%, and the criteria with the lowest value are warranties and claim policies with a value of 7%. While the highest priority vendors are vendor 2 with a final weight of 31%, vendor 6 with a final weight of 19%, vendor 1 with a final weight of 18%, vendor 7 with a final weight of 12%, vendor 3 with a final weight of 9%, vendor 5 with a final weight of 6%, and the vendor with the lowest weight is vendor 4 by 5%. Through the Zero-One Goal Programming (ZOGP), the vendor selection decision is obtained, namely vendor 2 (PT Karya Insani Sedjahtera) with value 1 (one).
