Abstract

PT XYZ is one of the aggregators and warehouses in Indonesia that provides shipping services and warehouse rentals. In the asset management database, there is currently no visual data presentation that can show information distribution in the form of graphs, making it difficult to see asset distribution. Therefore, a dashboard is needed to transform the analysis into a visual presentation to measure asset performance. The visualization dashboard is designed in Google Data Studio using the ADDIE model approach. The designed dashboard consists of Asset Utilization Performance, Asset Retirement Performance, Asset Request Tracker, and Asset Search. Subsequently, an evaluation of the asset management database design satisfaction before and after implementing the visualization dashboard was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the Questionnaire for User Interface Satisfaction (QUIS). The evaluation with the SUS questionnaire showed an improvement, with the score increasing from 47.05 to 75. The evaluation with the QUIS questionnaire showed an improvement, with the score increasing from 125.77 to 181.18. Additionally, testing was conducted by assigning tasks tailored to data needs, and the average percentage reduction in completion time after implementing the visualization dashboard was found to be 60.25%.
