Abstract
Increased economic growth is the main thing for the sustainability of regional economic development. Measuring the improvement of the regional economy by observing the rate of economic development achieved by the region and reflected in the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). The research I conducted aims to analyze and measure the influence of employment opportunities (X1), income distribution (X2), PMDN investment (X3) on West Java's GRDP (Y). In this research, the data was processed using Eviews 10 software and included secondary data so that this research is a quantitative descriptive type, the data used uses time series data from 2003 - 2022. The findings of this study revealed thatThe findings of this study reveal that 1). Employment does not have a significant effect on the GRDP of West Java. 2). Income distribution has a significant effect on West Java GRDP. And 3). Foreign direct investment has a significant effect on the GRDP of West Java. The variable that has the most prominent influence on West Java GRDP in this study is the Distribution of Income. The researcher makes and proposes recommendations based on the research results. These suggestions can be used as references for further studies or policy considerations by key stakeholders and the government.
