Abstract

COMMUNICATION STRATEGY FOR THE CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) PROGRAM ON PT FIFGROUP'S EDUCATION PILLAR (STUDY ON FIFGROUP'S CSR PROGRAMS CARE FOR EDUCATION”) KHOLIFAH HS ABSTRACT The obligation to implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an action carried out by companies as organizations in the midst of society in order to fulfill community needs and help resolve social problems. Social and environmental problems, especially in the education sector, are things faced by society in Indonesia. FIFGROUP is present as one of the companies that has a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, namely "Care for Education". The theory used in this research is Public Relations Theory. The concepts in this research include education, communication strategies, and Corporate Social Responsibility. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The primary data for this research was obtained through in-depth interviews and documentation on the content of publications conducted by FIFGROUP, then secondary data was obtained through references from relevant journals, articles and previous research. The results of this research show that the communication strategy carried out by PT FIFGROUP's CSR division has used good and appropriate communication strategies, starting from stages, implementation, evaluation and publication. Using a program approach with various indicators such as SDGS, SNP, as well as various or varied program evaluation models, targeting almost all levels of Indonesian society without exception, carrying out publications through the company website, social media (instagram, facebook, etc.), and carrying out publications through the media and launching the CID Book/Sustainability report every year.
