Abstract
The stability of the economy is greatly influenced by the banking sector, which plays a crucial role in the lives of the public. This thesis analyzes the quality of productive assets in the form of credit at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. during the period from 2021 to 2023, using a descriptive quantitative writing method. The data was obtained from the website of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. The data shows that the composition of credit consists of working capital loans, consumer loans, and investment loans. This thesis reveals a consistent increase in working capital loans, as well as fluctuations in consumer loans and investment loans. Additionally, there is a trend of increasing current loans and special mention loans. This thesis provides insights into effective productive asset management in maintaining financial stability and supporting economic growth.
