Abstract
Customer loyalty in banking is important, but loyalty can decrease when experiencing a some case, for example, such as the case of a cyber attack experienced by Bank Syariah Indonesia in 2023. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia was hit by a Ransomware attack carried out by a Hacker who is often called Lockbit. This study aims to analyze the effect of satisfaction, trust, and religiosity on the loyalty of Indonesian Islamic bank customers who live in Jabodetabek after the cyber attack case. This research is quantitative and obtains primary data from questionnaires distributed to BSI Jabodetabek customers who are 17 years and over and already have an account before the cyber attack occurred. This study has a sample of 100 respondents, while the analysis technique used in this study uses the help of the SmartPLS application. Then the data is tested using the Outer model, Inner model, and Hypothesis testing. This study has the results that the satisfaction variable affects customer loyalty, the trust variable affects customer loyalty, and the religiosity variable has no effect on customer loyalty.
