Abstract

Banks have an important role in realizing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), therefore Banks must continue to promote their products and services to be directed towards sustainable community activities. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is one of the banks that implements SDGs through the Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) program. This writing aims to determine the implementation of Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2021 - 2023 period. This writing uses quantitative data with data collection techniques through literature study and documentation study. The data used to write this final assignment report is secondary data, secondary data was obtained from related articles/sites, government reports, the 17 Development Goals pocket book, financial reports/annual reports, sustainability reports published on the official website of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. Based on the results of the discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Bank Rakyat Indonesia TJSL program has referred to the Minister of BUMN Regulation No: PER-1/MBU/03/2023 concerning Special Assignments and Social and Environmental Responsibility Programs for State-Owned Enterprises. The implementation of each TJSL pillar has been carried out well by Bank Rakyat Indonesia.
