Abstract

The increasingly sophisticated development of technology and information in Indonesia causes banks to innovate and adapt to these developments. Digital banks are innovations from technological developments that provide and carry out banking services online. BLU BCA is one of the digital bank innovations from PT BCA Digital. In this research, data collection uses quantitative methods which aim to analyze digital bank services for generation Z in using digital banking products. This research involved 100 people living in Jakarta. The analytical method used in the research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The primary data that has been collected is distributed using a g-form questionnaire via social media. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the digital services provided by BLU BCA to customers are in line with the needs of Generation Z customers. BLU BCA must continue to innovate to increase the effectiveness of digital banking services and products.
