Abstract
The Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu) plays an important role in maintaining honesty and integrity in organizing elections in Indonesia. As an independent body, Bawaslu is tasked with monitoring and ensuring that the election process is carried out in accordance with legal provisions and democratic principles. Bawaslu DKI Jakarta routinely carries out various activities, including meeting packages which are an important instrument in supporting general election monitoring and supervision activities at Bawaslu DKI Jakarta. The purpose of a meeting package is to provide participants with the information necessary so that they properly understand the agenda, topics, and goals of the meeting. Through this meeting package, it is hoped that Bawaslu members and staff can be well informed, thus enabling them to carry out their monitoring and supervision duties efficiently and effectively. A qualitative approach will be used to understand in depth the procedures for applying for funds and accountability for expenditure at Bawaslu DKI Jakarta Province. This approach allows researchers to explore the perceptions, experiences, and practices underlying the process. When there are employees who take part in fullboard, fullday or halfday activities, all expenditure items incurred as a result of holding the Meeting Package are borne by the state through the fullboard, fullday or halfday cost units that have been paid.
