Abstract
Bawaslu of DKI Jakarta Province is a general election supervisory institution which is given several powers, namely supervising, carrying out prevention and taking action. Through this final assignment the author aims to study the administrative procedures for official travel at Bawaslu DKI Jakarta Province. The official travel administration procedure begins with the executor making a draft letter of assignment (ST). Then carry out an inspection where the ST must be signed. After carrying out the duties as per the applicable ST, an official travel report is made. After the report is complete, prepare the official travel accountability letter (SPJ) file where all documents have been signed, then check the completeness of the SPJ. Since there are no computational elements in this paper, it can be concluded that it is qualitative. Qualitative descriptive writing requires a broad understanding and systematic theoretical basis in order to more efficiently analyze and apply the topic under study. For information and data processing purposes, the procedure for recording official travel at Bawaslu DKI Jakarta Province is described in sentence form which is expected to facilitate data interpretation. And in this writing there is also supporting data or evidence that is useful in describing the process that has been explained.
