Abstract

PT Grha Satu Enam Lima, Tbk. Is a company engaged in office and convention space rental services where there is a decrease in the value of receivables due to receivables whose payment period is relatively far from due, namely more than 90 days which will cause uncollectible receivables to occur. For this reason, it is necessary to review and assess the acceleration of accounts receivable turnover using Account Receivable Turnover (RTO) at the company PT Grha Satu Enam Lima, Tbk, so that this study aims to describe the period of collection of receivables that rotate in a certain period. This research is a qualitative study with descriptive analysis. The data used is in the form of accounts receivable documents at related companies. The results of this study indicate that the age of the company's receivables is very diverse. within 1-10 days, namely PT Fajrul Ikhsan Wisata, PT Biruni Bio Architect, Arga Bangun Bangsa, PT Griya Bangun Persada, and Ary Ginanjar Foundation. Then in the period of 11-20 days, namely PT EBS Global Nutrisarana. The smaller the receivable turnover rate the better because collection can be done quickly.
