Abstract
REVIEW THE SETTLEMENT OF PNBP RECEIVABLES WITH A BAD DEBT ALLOWANCE CLASSIFICATION IN THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE SCOPE OF THE FINANCE BUREAU AT THE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT LIFE AND FORESTRY. State receivables occur when credit is given to debtors and repaid in installments or installments at maturity. In addition, every debtor, both individuals and legal entities, is obliged to pay state receivables, which are the government's rights, to increase state revenue in the PNBP sector.PNBP receivables are the amount of money that must be paid to the government and/or the government's rights that can be valued in money due to regulations.Bad debts occur because there is no repayment until the third bill.The methods used to collect data and information for this research include conducting library searches, searching for various relevant sources, conducting internet searches, and studying what happened during field work practices at KLHK. A number of data and information collected are processed, then through the use of qualitative descriptive analysis techniques.The process of resolving PNBP receivables with the classification of bad allowance within the scope of the KLHK finance bureau there are 6 stages.The settlement starts from Recognition and Measurement of State Receivables, Handover of State Receivables Management originating from Non-Tax State Revenue, Temporary Uncollectible Receivables (PSBDT), PPNTO, Elimination of State Receivables Conditionally and Absolute Elimination of State Receivables, Reporting of State Receivables.
