Abstract

The Decision Support System for Determining the Best Participant in the UI/UX Design Track at PT. XYZ, which uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), is an information system designed to facilitate the selection process of the best participant in the UI/UX Design track at PT. XYZ. This system implements the AHP approach to identify criteria and sub criteria used in selecting the best participant. Through a web-based platform, the system assists the selection committee in evaluating participants quickly and easily. In the AHP method, criteria such as knowledge, skills, and engagement in the UI/UX Design program are evaluated by the committee based on predetermined weights. The system generates an overall score for each participant based on these evaluations, and the participant with the highest score is selected as the best participant. DSS makes the process of selecting the best participant in the UI/UX Design track at PT. XYZ more transparent and objective. Decision-makers at PT. XYZ can easily monitor assessments, make decisions based on relevant data, and ensure that the best participant is selected according to established criteria. With a web-based platform, the system also facilitates access and interaction between participants and the selection committee, optimizing the use of available resources.
